The SPARX Consortium

1  A Consortium is an association of two or more individuals, companies, organizations or governments (or any combination of these entities) with the objective of participating in a common activity or pooling their resources for achieving a common goal.

2   The goal of The SPARX Consortium is to implement The SPARX Plan 2015

3 The Leader of The SPARX Consortium is WDR, Founder/Owner/President of www.footballvideos.com , A Division of SPARX Enterprises.

4 The consortium is comprised of many individuals.  All consortium members must be approved by WDR.

5 The consortium is broken out into many different "Concerns".  The concerns are listed below

          A.  Investor Concern -  Made up of individuals considering investing in SPARX or already investing.

          B.  Marketing and Sales Contractor Concern - Individuals interested in procuring new clients or sales.

          C.  Legal Concern -  Made up of individuals representing, discussing, and addressing all things legal.

          D. Content Concern -  Individuals representing all things relating to content.

          E.  School Concern -  Individuals representing the schools SPARX procures as clients.

          F.  Player Concern -  Guys that played representing all things related to players.

          G.  IT Concern -  Individuals addressing all things related to IT issues.

          H.  Accounting and Finance Concern -  Accountants.

          I.   Conference Concern -  Individuals representing the conferences throughout the nation.

          J.  Customer Concern -  Individuals representing the customer and helping us understand what they want.

          K.  "Football People" Concern - People who love the game and love the idea of preserving and developing it.

          L. The Ivy Group

6.  Consortium members may be involved with only one concern.  They may also be involved in more than one concern.

7.  Consortium members are not employees of SPARX.

8.  Consortium members are asked to sign a Non Disclosure, Hold Harmless, and Confidentiality agreement with SPARX.
