The SPARX Business Plan will serve to define the exact things SPARX will be doing once it receives the goal investment amount.

The SPARX Business Plan will also outline those projects that will be worked on, even prior to receving the full goal investment amount.  Smaller investment amounts may be received and will address smaller parts of the plan.

For the most part, The SPARX Business Plan is an outline of what SPARX has been doing for 25 years, and will continue doing before, during, and after any investment money is received.
