          1.  In the event that SPARX Sports Sanctions a Basketball Tournament, for example, it means SPARX Sports will be involved in assisting the Tournament in implementing the mission, or goals of the tournament.  This means SPARX Sport would;

               e.  Act as an independant 3rd party to enforce said rules, and negotiate disputes.

                    1.)  For example, if a tournament has a must play rule, it would be SPARX Sports responsibility, and authority to ensure that all teams are complying, and imposing appropriate sanctions if said rules are violated.  On the other hand, if a tournament does not have a must play rule, it would be the responsibility of SPARX Sports to ensure that all participants in said tournament are aware of that fact.

          2.  SPARX Sports may also be involved with managing and defining Tournament types such as round robin, double elimination, pool play etc.....it also may help determine how a champion is determined and how the championship rounds of the tournament are administered, and how the champions are acknowledged.  Such acknowledgment may be the presentation of Trophies, who gets the trophies, and what kind of trophies are offered.

VIII.  SPARX Sports Sanctioned events will have a certain "Flavor".

     1.  For example, SPARX Sports tournaments will tend to offer relatively more to it's participants, while charging relatively more in order to participate.

          a.  An example of this would be in a basketball tournament.  While some tournaments will charge $120 for 3 games (about $40 per game) while offering a "low rent experience", which means, college kids for refs, no scoreboard, no buzzer, no announcers, no music, no pre game introductions, side by side courts playing 2 games at the same time, whistle confusion, no concessions, unfriendly venues, poor seating, poorly defined rules, and unbalanced teams, to name a few,, a SPARX Sports Sanctioned tournemant  will not have such problems.  However, a SPARX Sports sanctioned event may charge $50 to $67 per game.  Just an additional $17 per game buys the participants a "Top Shelf" experience.
