There will be no refunds due to reasons, deemed by www.footballvideos.com , to be beyond the control of www.footballvideos.com. 

You are not ordering from Sears. You are not purchasing a product that comes with a money back guarantee.

If you get a tape or DVD that is broken, or non functional for some reason, by all means, I will send you a replacement.

The picture quality of the game you buy can be no better than the film it was reproduced from.  Games played at night in a foggy rainstorm will not look as good as games played on a clear, sunny day.  You probably will be able to see jersey numbers, but this is not guaranteed.

Our refund percentage is less than 3% of all sales.

Once an order is placed, www.footballvideos.com  undergoes much time and expense in order to produce a customer's video.  Company policy dictates we are not willing to go un-recompensed for the large amount of labor we must undergo to fill the order.  We go to work the minute you place your order.

www.footballvideos.com  takes the following position of refunds:  If a person purchases a game of poor quality (as defined by www.footballvideos.com ) they will receive a refund less a $7.00 "opportunity to view" charge per game.  If a person purchases a game of acceptable quality (as defined by www.footballvideos.com ) they will not receive a refund.  www.footballvideos.com  rates the picture quality of most games transferred on a 1 to 5 scale.  If a game is shipped, the shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.  So, for example, currently, if you buy 1 game and it is shipped, you would pay $7.00 for the opportunity to view charge, and $10.05 for the shipping and handling.  This would total $17.05.  So please know, any time you place and order for 1 game, for example, you are spending $17.05 no matter what happens regarding your refund situation.  I am willing to get to work, spend time and money, just because you placed and order, and you want the game.  You get that from me, while I want you to know, I get paid at least $17.05 every time I take an order for 1 game, no matter what happens and as long as the game is shipped.  If I never ship an order, for some reason, the entire amount of the purchase is refunded.  No opportunity to view charge, and no shipping and handling charges.

Please don't order if you are not completely aware of what it is you are buying.

If you would like to see if there is a Picture Quality (PQ) Rating on the game, or games you want to order, email wdr@footballvideos.com Be sure to enter in the subject line CAN I GET A PQ RATING?  If the game you want is rated 4.00 or higher, the game is not refundable.  If the game is rated less than 4.00, you may not want to buy it.  If you are advised of the PQ of the game you want to buy, and it is less than 4.00, and you buy it, you may not qualify for a refund.  Although, we must realize a 3.75 PQ presentation may be better than no presentation at all.  Some folks would be willing to watch a cartoon of a game as long as it is historically accurate.  I know I would; if I could just get a glimpse of a few games in which I played.

Absolutely no refunds will be awarded if customer issues a complaint 3 months (90 days) AFTER the shipping date. 

Absolutely no refunds will be issued to persons ordering the wrong game from the wrong year.  Efforts will be made to get you the right year, but if I don't have the game from the year you actually want, you will not receive a refund.  Order accurately and remember the year attached to the games in my inventory's are from THE FALL OF that year.

Also, I want to address another issue I have had to address from a very small percentage of customers.  Because you pay "X" amount of dollars, and you think that amount is "a lot", it does not mean that your product comes with some kind of guarantee that your game will be "everything YOU wanted it to be".  Your product will be everything I say it is, as posted on my website at www.footballvideos.com , and, or, everything we talked about.  If we don't talk about a certain need, or desire, or expectation, or issue of yours, don't bring this certain need, or issue, up AFTER you receive your product. 

SATISFACTION IS NOT GUARANTEED.  Well over 90% of my customers absolutely love the game or games they ordered, but your "happiness" with your order after you receive it is not a guarantee.  Please do not order if you think it is.  Here at www.footballvideos.com the customer is not always right.  WDR makes certain warranties and statements about the product sold here at www.footballvideos.com if WDR says it, or if you see it written here on this site WDR will stand behind it.  But if an issue or concern comes up that is not addressed prior to the sale it will not be considered after the sale.

Be sure you are completely aware about what you are buying, why you are buying it, and if www.footballvideos.com is the company you want to "hire" in order to bring it to you, BEFORE YOU BUY IT.  If you can get it somewhere else for less, do so, if you never saw a college football game film, learn more about it.  I am not going to have another conversation with a customer who brings up crazy expectations, out of the blue, after they receive their product.  Stuff like, I didn't know it was a foggy day when this game was played, I can't even see his jersey numbers, It is just not what I expected, for this amount of money I expected "X", are not things I am going to talk about after the sale.  But I am, more than willing, to discuss stuff like that before the sale.  If you do not like my information, do not buy my product.  And, feel free to ask as many questions about the product you may order before you purchase your game.
