   THE DROP OUTS 

This group contains members who have, once upon a time, signed up for the club but have fell by the wayside.  This group of members have had their membership expire but WDR still considers them members and may maintain some communications.  If a drop out specifically requests to opt out of the club they will no longer be considered a member and all communications from WDR will cease.

Drop outs will not receive any Discount coupons for purchases.
