A MESSAGE TO SCHOOLS WHO ARE NOT CLIENTS OF

This message is for all Division I, II, and III Colleges out there who are not a client of www.footballvideos.com
Since 1990 WDR, The Founder of www.footballvideos.com A Division of SPARX Enterprises, has been scouring the country, contacting almost every College about my service. I have talked to almost every school out there about introducing my service to their school. I believe there are about 600 Colleges out there with whom I'd like to be working. I have signed about 80 as Clients. There is still about 520 Colleges out there who are not one of my clients. This message is for you.
Please note I am no longer actively pursuing Colleges in an effort to procure their College Football Game Film Library. I am, however, still interested in getting these games. I will continue to attempt to get these games from whatever source possible. I believe these games are public domain. I believe a school loses any right to these games films when they have not exercised Ordinary Care in preserving them. It is my contention that that fact a school is not one of my clients means they are not exercising ordinary care. Unless they are implementing some kind of service to market said games. If your school is marketing your football games, then I believe you are exercising ordinary care and by virtue of the fact that you are marketing these games means that I will not market that specific game film. However, please note I will market your opponents version of the game, if I have it.
All Non Clients of www.footballvideos.com should also note the fact that 2 different schools usually film the same game. So there are supposedly 2 game films of any game. If you are not marketing your version, rest assured, I may be marketing your opponents version. I may market said game to a fan of your school, or to a fan of your opponents school. Either way, your school will not be receiving a commission on the sale of that game. So, schools that are my clients will benefit from the sale of said game but your school won't.
At www.footballvideos.com , the football game film procurement environment has changed as it relates to schools. In the past, I practically begged schools to be a part of things. Now, they are on the outside. 81 others, are in. And the only way in is by following WDR's set of rules. No one else's.
