To summarize, I am offering all of my clients a copy of each of their games copied onto DVD at a price of $40.00 per game. $80.00 per game for a copy of their game, but filmed and owned by their opponent.

I'd like to talk to you about the disposal or return delivery of the films once they are transferred.

When you have game videos on DVD, you are a click away from playing, freezing, replaying, and printing any of hundreds of thousands of games. This has got to help your coaching cause.

One of the rules of this deal is that your school must agree to not become my competition. Copying or re-distributing these games is not allowed in this deal. The DVDs are for Coaching, Archival, and other School related purposes only.

Your school must allow www.footballvideos.com /A Division of SPARX Enterprises to become the copyright holders of this footage for as long as SPARX Enterprises is in business.

SPARX will continue to pay your school a percentage of the net sale as outlined in our original agreement.

I will keep track of who owes whom any monies. For example, your school would owe me money for the DVD copies and I may owe your school for the commission due your school pursuant to the sale of these games.
